Baytown (Houston, TX) Woman Has Extended Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) and Lipo*

Patient presented desiring correction of significant amount of excess skin and fatty tissue on her arms extending onto her lateral chest. Given the amount of loose skin, she was not a candidate for liposuction alone. As such, she underwent extended brachioplasty (arm lift) where excess skin and fat was removed extending down to her lateral chest. I like to perform liposuction first to contour and thin out the arm first prior to removing excess skin.
