Houston Woman has Breast Lift (Mastopexy) and Liposuction of Abdomen and Back*

Procedure Details

Patient presented to be evaluated for breast lift. Patient complained of having sagging breasts. Patient has deflated, ptotic breasts with nipple-areolar enlargement. She did not want any implants. She also had abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) in the past and now complained of having residual fatty tissue in her abdomen, flanks and back. She desired for this to be fixed. Patient underwent breast lift (mastopexy) using superior medial pedicle to preserve the nipple with modified mini-Wise pattern (mini anchor scar) incision to remove the excess skin. She underwent comprehensive suction assisted lipectomy (liposuction) to remove the redundant fatty tissue.
