Infrabrow blepharoplasty (Upper eyelid surgery)*

Procedure Details

When patient's main complaint is the sagging of eyelid tissue on the side of the eyelid (lateral hooding), the best way to fix that is to remove the tissue from underneath the eyebrow as opposed to removing the extra skin from the eyelid crease. This preserves the natural crease of the eyes and can look more natural. The scar underneath the brow heals very well. This surgery (infrabrow browpexy) is indicated in patients who have significant lateral hooding and have hollowed eyes where removing skin along the eyelid crease can make the eyes look more hollow.
