LOWER BLEPHAROPLASTY (LOWER EYELID SURGERY), LATERAL CANTHOPEXY AND MIDFACE LIFT*
Patient presented desiring rejuvenation of his lower eyelid. He had significant amount of loose skin with excess fat bulging out (fat herniation, malar bags). As such, we proceeded to lower blepharoplasty where a set amount of skin, muscle and fat was removed from the lower eyelid. In addition, the corners of the eyes were also tightened (lateral canthopexy) and midface was lifted (midface lift) in order to support the lower eyelids during the healing process and to restore volume to the midface that had desceneded over time, respectively.More
